1What Woodprint is

Woodprint is a browser-based cabinet design tool. Today, designing is free and requires no account. A free account is optional: signing in with an emailed code syncs your projects between your machines. When subscriptions launch, the first minutes in the editor will stay free to try, and one subscription will cover continued design time and the printable build plans. Anything you design stays viewable and exportable either way.

2Your designs are yours

Everything you design belongs to you. Woodprint claims no ownership of, and no rights to, your designs, your exported files, or anything you build from them.

3Verify before cutting

Woodprint generates plans, dimensions, cut lists, and cutting diagrams from the measurements and options you enter. They are only as correct as those inputs, and rooms are never as square as their numbers. Verify every dimension against your actual space and materials before cutting, drilling, or purchasing. You are responsible for confirming that the output suits your site, your stock, your tools, and your local building requirements.

4No warranty; limitation of liability

Woodprint is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Woodprint is not liable for wasted materials, mis-cuts, tool damage, injury, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service or its output. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the purchase concerned.

5Purchases and refunds

Nothing is for sale yet; designing and printing are free today. When subscriptions launch, they will carry a published refund policy: fourteen days, no questions asked.

6Fair use

Don't attempt to disrupt the service, misrepresent its output as your own product, or resell access to it. Plans you print are for your builds; commercial shops are welcome users, not resellers of the service itself.

Woodprint itself is ours: the site, the editor, its code, and its design. Copying, mirroring, or republishing it in whole or in part is not permitted, and neither is embedding it inside another site or app. Your designs and the plans you export are yours (section 2); the tool that made them is not.

7Changes

These terms may be updated as the product grows (payments are planned); the effective date above always reflects the current version. Continued use after a change accepts the updated terms.
